Council I - Chapter Operations

Council I - Chapter Operations

The Chapter Operations Council, using the Davis Chapter Management System, is responsible for the administrative functioning of the Chapter.  The Council focuses on quality and the improvement of Chapter management and services to increase member satisfaction, while contributing to the growth of the Chapter's human and financial resources.  This requires a close working relationship with the other two councils.  The Council has oversight of all Chapter educational programming.  This requires a close working relationship with the five education committees to ensure a comprehensive presentation of quality educational programs that will advance the personal and professional growth of chapter members.
